Market address
The market is located at Albany Creek State School, 696 Albany Creek Road, Albany Creek Q 4035. The market will be held in and around Grayson Hall, which is located at the front of the school.
Market date and time
The market will be held on Friday 22 November 2024 from 5.00pm - 8.30pm.
Public Liability Insurance (PLI)
Each business must have PLI that covers them for the market night. Approved stallholders are requested to email their Certificate of Currency at their earliest convenience to the market coordinating team.
Stall size, cost and location
General Stalls
The standard stall size is 3m x 2m The cost of the site will be $50 + an item to be donated for the School’s raffle. Stalls will be situated inside the hall, unless the applicant has requested an outdoor site. A limited number of spaces are available outdoors. Outdoor spaces MUST have own weighted marquee.
Food Vendors
The cost of the site will be $150 + commissionable amount on sales to be donated back to the school. Stalls will be situated on the school oval. All food vendors are to supply own power.
Tables and chairs
If required, the School is able to provide each stall with one table (1.75m long) and chair(s) at no extra cost. Stallholders requiring two tables will need to bring one of their own.
Gazebos
Stallholders located inside the hall who require hanging space are welcome to bring their own gazebo but must note this on their application under ‘Additional Information’. This is for organisational purposes.
Stallholders who have requested to be located outdoors are welcome to erect their own weighted gazebo. Please note that we do not allow tent pegs as sites are located on artificial grass and cemented areas. All outdoor gazebos MUST provide own weights.
Cancellations
Refunds (stallholder fee only) will be considered by the P&C Committee if written notice of withdrawal is received 14 days prior to the market. There will be no refunds for stallholders who withdraw with less than 14 days notice.
